BAND NAME CHANGE

UPDATED MERCH

We are officially changing our Band name from Pestilent to Pestilent Age. This is due to a trademark dispute between us and an Illinois based workout apparel company we were recently unaware of. After talking with attorneys we have decided this is the way to go. We have updated Merch available on our website www.pestilent666.com as of today. Prior to the new name and after we were contacted by the business we could only legally sell none clothing related items as they had a trademark for apparel under Pestilent. With clothing being a big money maker we decided it was for the best that we contact an intellectual property attorney and upon doing so have submitted our new name to the USPTO office for a trademark. This is currently pending as a trademark can take up to 18 months to obtain but our legal advice has told us this should go through.
